Sleeps - Up to 4 guests plus room for travel cot (not provided)

Prices from £100 per night minimum 3 night stay.  1 week stay from £500

Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 Double comfy bed with crisp white bedding, plenty of storage space, window to rear patio area. Flat screen TV, hairdryer and tower fan.

Bedroom 2 Twin beds with crisp white bedding. Plenty of storage, window to side elevation TV with Firestick Xbox, games and DVDs.

Bathroom - Full white suite with shower over bath. Shower curtain on a curved rail to give plenty of space to enjoy a relaxing warm shower.

Kitchen - Fully fitted (new 2024) with electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle. Washing machine and fridge freezer. Kitchen table and benches seating up to 4. 

Nespresso coffee machine is also available for that morning coffee or end of day warming hot chocolate.

Lounge - 3 and 2 seater comfy sofas, large flat screen TV with access to Netflix/Disney+. DVDs Books and Games are available for your enjoyment. 

Features - Gas central heating throughout for those winter nights and tower cooling fans for those warmer days. Full Fibre BT Wifi provided.

Private parking right outside your front door, a real bonus in Brixham where parking is limited.

Outside - Alfresco dining area on rear patio, surrounded by Torbay Palms, plants and solar lighting. Or enjoy a coffee at side of property taking in the morning sun.

Extras - 4 Beach chairs sun shade / wind breaker, wicker picnic basket and beach blanket available for your use.

Arrivals & Departures - Arrival day is a Saturday during Summer months, flexible arrival day outside of main holidays. Min 3 night stay.
